Intrusive thoughts and repetitive compulsions can make you feel trapped in your own mind. Our specialized therapists use gold-standard treatments to help you regain your freedom and live without the loop.
— UNDERSTANDING OCD
It’s not a personality quirk or just "liking things neat." OCD is an exhausting, involuntary cycle of distressing, unwanted thoughts followed by overwhelming urges to perform specific actions to find temporary relief.
You do not have to live trapped in the loop. OCD is highly treatable. Recognizing that these thoughts are symptoms—and not facts—is the very first step toward taking your life back.
— SELF ASSESSMENT
OCD can be incredibly confusing and isolating to navigate alone. Gaining clarity is the first step toward breaking the cycle. Take our clinically-backed, 3-minute self-assessment to measure the impact of your intrusive thoughts and behaviors.
— FREE DIGITAL RESOURCE
You don't have to give in to the urge. We’ve compiled a practical digital toolkit based on ERP principles to help you manage intrusive thoughts and safely delay compulsions.
— TREATMENT OPTIONS
OCD requires highly specialized care; standard talk therapy often isn't enough. We offer proven, targeted pathways designed specifically to help you tolerate distress and reduce compulsive behaviors.
Work one-on-one with a specialized psychologist using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to gradually face your triggers without relying on compulsions.
For severe OCD, combining ERP with medication often yields the best results. Our psychiatrists can provide targeted prescriptions to turn down the "volume" of intrusive thoughts.
If you prefer face-to-face support or need a structured, neutral environment for your exposure exercises, visit our premium, sensory-friendly clinics.
Navigating OCD treatment can feel overwhelming. Book a free 10-minute discovery call, and our care coordinators will help match you with an ERP-trained expert.

OCD doesn't take a break between therapy sessions. The Mendify app acts as your pocket ERP companion, giving you instant access to delay timers, exposure homework, and direct therapist messaging when the urge hits.
— GOT QUESTIONS?
Starting OCD treatment, especially ERP, can feel intimidating. Here are clear, honest answers to the most common questions our clients ask before beginning their recovery.
Standard talk therapy often focuses on analyzing where your thoughts come from, which can actually worsen OCD by accidentally feeding the "obsession" loop. ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) is different. It is a behavioral therapy that teaches your brain to tolerate the presence of the thought without performing the compulsion, breaking the cycle at its actual root.
Not at all. ERP is highly collaborative and gradual. You and your therapist will work together to build a "fear hierarchy," starting with very low-level triggers that cause only mild anxiety. You are always in the driver's seat, and you will never be forced to do an exposure exercise that you haven't explicitly agreed to.
It is incredibly common for OCD to target the things you care about most, which often results in disturbing violent, sexual, or taboo thoughts. Our OCD specialists are highly trained to understand that these are symptoms of a disorder, not a reflection of your character or hidden desires. You will be met with absolute zero judgment.
Medication is not strictly required, and many people see significant improvement with ERP alone. However, for moderate to severe OCD, combining ERP with targeted medication (like an SSRI) can help lower your baseline anxiety enough to make the exposure exercises more manageable. This is a personal choice you can explore with your care team.
While everyone's recovery timeline is unique, many clients start experiencing a noticeable reduction in the intensity of their obsessions and the frequency of their compulsions within 12 to 20 consistent ERP sessions. The more you practice your exercises outside of therapy, the faster you will typically see progress.
Starting OCD treatment can feel incredibly daunting, especially when your own thoughts are telling you it won't work. You don't have to take the first step alone. Speak with our care coordinators who truly understand ERP and will match you with the perfect specialist.
