Your access to the Services of the Platform/Application is subject to your agreement to be bound by all the Terms set forth herein. These Terms constitute an agreement between mendify and You in connection with your use of the Online Platform. We may change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform confirms Your acceptance of such changes.
“mendify”, “Company”, “Firm”, “we”, “our”, “us”, “Service Provider” or similar terminology are all in reference to Mindbridge wellness pvt ltd Networks as a provider of Services.
“Client”, “user”, “you”, “your” or other similar terminology refers to you as the user of the platform and a recipient of our products, Services, and resources.
“Platform” refers to any mobile app, website, chatbot, or web links that the User can employ to access Services provided by the Company.
“Psychological Wellness Practitioner”, “Wellness Professional”, “therapist”, “wellness advisor”, or “expert” refers to the Psychological Wellness Professional. “Psychiatrist” or “doctor” refers to a qualified doctor specializing in psychiatry.
mendify is a psychological wellness platform that delivers emotional wellness products and Services to individuals and organisations. These include, but are not restricted to, corporate wellness programmes through which employees of organisations avail various products and Services.
mendify offerings may include:
Services are in compliance with our client anonymity and confidentiality policies (refer to Privacy Policy). mendify reserves the right to add or remove products and Services without prior notification.
mendify does not deal with medical or psychological emergencies. We are not designed to offer support in crisis situations—including when an individual is experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicide, or is showing symptoms of severe clinical disorders such as schizophrenia and other psychotic conditions.
In these cases, in-person medical intervention is required. If you feel you are a danger to yourself or others, please visit the nearest hospital or emergency room immediately, or involve a close family member/friend who can offer support.
mendify explicitly disclaims any responsibility for any form of payment made directly or indirectly to any Supporter/Professional outside of our platform. We strictly prohibit the exchange of personal contact information (phone numbers, addresses, bank details) between Users and Professionals. We do not endorse personal interactions beyond our Services.
By choosing to visit and/or avail any Services from mendify, the user confirms that they are above 18 years of age and legally allowed to take decisions of their own under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If the user is below 18 years of age, the parent/guardian confirms they provide informed consent for the minor to receive mental health services.
Registration requires accurate information including Name, Phone No, and Email ID. You may also sign up through third-party social networking sites. By registering, you consent to receive calls, messages, emails, and SMSs from mendify. You may opt out of marketing communications by emailing info@zendil.in.
You understand that you must access the Platform on your own behalf and cannot allow third parties to use the Services under your account.
During the course of the User Agreement, it is agreed that the user shall not:
All platform contents are owned by Mindbridge wellness pvt ltd Networks or used with permission. No information may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, or distributed without written permission.
By using the platform, the user agrees to pay all applicable fees and bear any telecom charges incurred while accessing Services.
You may be invited to submit feedback, ratings, or reviews. You are solely responsible for this content and must not post anything that infringes on third-party privacy, violates applicable laws, or is defamatory.
mendify may publish your reviews/ratings anonymously for business purposes or market tracking. We are an "intermediary" regarding published user content and disclaim liability for it. However, we reserve the right to remove any content that violates our Terms of Service.
Your access to and use of the Services are at your own risk. Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". mendify makes no representation and disclaims all responsibility for the completeness, security, or reliability of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mendify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the disputed service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless mendify, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms.
You may terminate this Agreement by deleting your account. Please email info@zendil.in with the subject "Delete Account". We will process it within 14 working days, subject to legal compliance.
We reserve the right to disable or terminate your account if you fail to comply with these Terms, harm the Services, or violate laws. Upon termination, access ceases, though certain data may be retained for archival/legal purposes.
mendify is not responsible for any delay or failure of performance caused by acts of God, war, natural disasters, pandemics, telecommunication failures, or other events outside our reasonable control.
These Terms shall be governed by the substantive laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall first be attempted to be settled amicably within 15 days.
If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be in Ernakulam, Kerala, India, and the language shall be English and Malayalam. Alternatively, courts in Thrissur, Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
