Terms and Conditions for Users

1. User Conduct

   • Users must adhere to the prices and services listed on the Mendify platform. Any attempt to negotiate lower prices or request services outside of the platform’s terms is strictly prohibited.
   • If a user is found attempting to cheat or manipulate vendors in any way, including booking services and not paying or offering direct payments outside the platform, Mendify reserves the right to suspend or block the user from the platform.

2. No Direct Deals with Vendors

   • Users are not allowed to bypass Mendify to book services directly with vendors listed on the platform.
   • Any user found engaging in direct deals with vendors, avoiding the Mendify platform to bypass fees or use unauthorized discounts, will have their account permanently blocked.

3. Authentic Information

   • Users must provide accurate personal and payment information while booking services on Mendify.
   • If any user is found providing false information or using fraudulent payment methods, Mendify reserves the right to take appropriate legal action and block the user from further bookings.

4. Compliance with Vendor Policies

   • Users are required to follow the terms set by vendors for each service. This includes adhering to appointment times, cancellations, and any specific requirements listed by the vendor.
   • Misuse of vendor services or failure to comply with vendor policies may result in termination of the user's access to the platform.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

   • All payments for bookings on Mendify must be made through the platform’s secure payment gateway. Direct payments to vendors are not allowed and may lead to account suspension.
   • In case of a cancellation, if the user requests a refund after making a payment, the refund will be processed after Mendify verifies the cancellation and ensures no services have been rendered.
   • Refund Timeline: If eligible, the refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after Mendify completes the verification process. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
   • In case of any discrepancies or disputes, Mendify will investigate the matter thoroughly, and if a refund is granted, it will follow the timeline mentioned above.

6. Testing and Verification by Mendify

   • Mendify reserves the right to verify user behavior, including conducting test bookings to ensure users are following platform rules.
   • If a user is caught attempting to cheat or violate any of Mendify’s policies, their account will be blocked, and they may face legal consequences.

7. Legal Consequences

   • Mendify reserves the right to take legal action against users found violating these terms, including but not limited to fraudulent payments, direct dealings with vendors, or any attempts to manipulate the platform or its vendors.

By using Mendify, users agree to comply with all of the platform’s policies regarding booking services, payment, and vendor interactions.
